You're here! You made it! Thanks for checking out my website. Please make yourself at home.

Before we get into my bio, let me tell you about three things I love: my fur-baby Nala, my chosen family and dancing like a maniac.

My friends call me Monica because, like the character from Friends, I'm freakishly clean. For this reason, it's always a good idea to invite me to your party.

Ok, switching to the third person now like a GD Professional:

Jill Oliver is a Chicago-based actor, writer and filmmaker. She recently produced and acted in the short film Stars in the Water, currently hitting the film fest circuit with its world premiere at Saugatuck Film Festival. Jill also acted in, co-wrote and produced the short film Luteal, winner of Best Screenplay at Festival Au Cinema and an official selection of Midwest Independent Film Festival and Reeling: The Chicago LGBTQ+ International Film Festival, among others.

Jill has also developed and is currently pitching Spirit Force Five, an original adult animated fantasy-adventure series based on her critically acclaimed play produced by The Factory Theater in 2018.

She spent nine years as an ensemble member of The Factory Theater, where she produced, directed, wrote and acted in over a dozen shows. When Jill hasn't been knee-deep in the world of Chicago theatre, she's collaborated on a variety of commercials, voiceovers, independent films, and web series.

Jill received her BA in theatre from Columbia College Chicago and trained with the Dublin Institute of Technology's Theatre Conservatory. She's represented by Gray Talent Group.

Keep an ear out for Jill in the final season of Unwell, A Midwestern Gothic Mystery, winner of the Best Podcast award at the 2021 BBC Audio Drama Awards.
